All deposits are non refundable and not transferrable to another person under any circumstances.
To reschedule an appointment, 48 hours notice minimum must be given otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
For all touch ups, apart from fingers and toes, the studio must be contacted within a two month period and no earlier then three weeks after the tattoo has been completed.
